If you are a Filipino overseas voter registered with the Philippine Embassy in Oslo and have not received your electoral ballots from COMELEC:
1. Check the Embassy website to see if your name appears in the list of voters whose election packets containing ballots have been re-sent to the Embassy. Those included in the list may claim the mailing packets personally at the Embassy during the voting period or inform the Embassy immediately through the contact details below of their complete and updated postal address where the election mailing packets could be forwarded.
2. Registered overseas voters who are not on the list are advised to contact the Embassy immediately through phone, email or our Facebook page for ballot issuance.

Voters are reminded to mail/hand over their accomplished ballots as soon as possible to ensure that they reach the Embassy not later than Monday, 9 May 2016 (until 11 a.m. local time or 5:00 p.m. Philippine time), keeping in mind that postal companies do not deliver mail on weekends.
