Mobile ePassporting Service & Consular Outreach/Overseas Absentee Voting Registration by the Philippine Embassy in Copenhagen

Important Notice:

Applicants from outside Jylland should make sure to give ample time for the Outreach as there is no guarantee that their application will be entertained ASAP. Applicants will be entertained on a first come, first served basis. Please take note that previous Consular Outreaches with large volumes of applicants finished at 11PM.

Please come early. NO special consideration will be given to applicants who wish to be given priority on the basis of the fact that they booked a ticket requiring them to return home early.

27-28 October 2012 (Saturday & Sunday)
From 9AM-12Noon and 1PM-6PM

Note:

Should the quota of 100 qualified applicants be reached prior to 6PM on 27 October, the venue will be closed and applicants will no longer be accepted, but applicants may return the following day (28 October). Service will still be on a first come, first served basis.

Reminders:

1. Personal appearance of applicant is required at all times. No exceptions.
2. Passports unclaimed after six (6) months will be cancelled per Department Order No. 37-03.
3. The Embassy is authorized to reject applications not supported by sufficient supporting documents.

Important:

Take note that applicants should be in decent attire (with sleeves and collar) and should make sure all the required documents are in order.

Consular staff at the Outreach have the right to reject applications not following the prescribed guidelines or which do not meet the stated requirements below. ePassport Application Forms as well as other required forms should be downloaded from www.philembassy.no. Ignorance of the requirements and guidelines will not be an acceptable excuse, especially since the requirements have already been provided below.

There will be NO photocopier at the venue. As such, applicants should be sure to have the required attachments to the application form photocopied beforehand (e.g., Two (2) photocopies of the data page of old passport, amendments page, Bureau of Immigration stamps, etc.)and attached together with their other application requirements on the day of their application. Applicants lacking the required photocopied documents will not be entertained. Please take note of the required number of photocopied documents (e.g., Two (2) photocopies of the data page of applicant’s passport, etc.).
