FILCOM Norway, the newly established federation of Filipino groups and businesses in Norway, sponsored the RayAn Fuentes Inspirational Concert at the Mortensrud Kirke in Oslo on 26 June 2010. The venue was filled to capacity and was attended by Filipinos and Norwegians.

EMBASSY OPEN THIS WEEKEND FOR VOTERS
In line with the on-going Overseas Absentee Voting, the Philippine Embassy will be open this weekend (May 8-9) from 9AM-5PM to accept accomplished ballot envelopes from Filipino registered voters.
The Philippine Embassy will be conducting mobile Machine Readable Passporting Services in Copenhagen, Denmark on 13 June (Sunday) at the Storsal, Skt. Annæ Kirke at Hans Bogbinders Allé 2, 2300 København S starting 9AM-12NN and 1-6PM.
The Filipino Community in Norway held , for the first time in its history, a General Assembly to organize themselves into a more efficient, more productive entity in order to serve the Filipinos in Norway and help their motherland, the Philippines. The two meetings were held at the Philippine Embassy chancery on 08 and 27 April 2010.
Please be informed that the Philippine Embassy will be closed on Monday, 10 May 2010 in observance of a Philippine Holiday (National Elections).
However, we also encourage Filipino registered Overseas Absentee Voters to cast their vote from 9 o' clock in the morning until 1 o' clock in the afternoon on 10 May.
Starting Saturday, 24 April 2010, the following may personally claim their ballot envelopes from the Philippine Honorary Consul in Copenhagen, Denmark, Mr. POUL KROGH. Just bring your Philippine passport for proper identification.
